Once your order ships, the tracking number will be emailed to the address you provide at checkout so you can monitor its status in real time. Delivery Policy & Liability By default, a signature is not required upon delivery. However, for high-risk deliveries — including higher-value orders — we may require a signature upon delivery at our discretion. Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier (or signed for, where applicable), it is considered fulfilled and complete. We are not responsible for: Packages lost, stolen, or damaged once the shipping carrier has taken possession of the item, including during transit and after delivery confirmation Delays caused by address errors or circumstances beyond our control Shipments left unattended at the delivery location We photograph and video-document all packaging prior to shipment and retain this evidence for every order. If your package arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy for how to file a claim, including our unboxing video and photo requirements.
